Customers are required to verify the freshness, quality, and handling of the seafood upon delivery. If there is any dispute, please notify us immediately. Once the customer has accepted the order and later becomes dissatisfied with the quality, Fish Corner Seafood cannot be held responsible. Product handling after delivery can lead to a decline in quality, and no returns can be accepted under these circumstances.
As all seafood orders are sourced and processed early in the morning (between 4 am and 7 am), you can cancel your order until 4 am on the delivery day.

Customers in Karachi can choose between cash on delivery or online bank transfer, depending on their convenience. Customers in other cities, where we offer delivery up to the nearest bus terminal or railway station, are required to make advance payments online before shipping.
If your ordered seafood is unavailable, we will promptly inform you and inquire whether you would like to cancel the order or have it delivered on the following day.
No, we do not offer same-day delivery. Since we do not stock or freeze our seafood, all our products are freshly caught from the Arabian Sea. Your orders will be delivered within a few days, based on the specific delivery terms for your city.
The net yield of your ordered seafood depends on two factors: the type of seafood and the type of cutting you choose. You can refer to the product pages for specific yield information.
We take every precaution to ensure the freshness of your seafood. Local delivery parcels are chilled for a few hours before delivery. Out-of-city deliveries are conducted using insulated thermophore boxes with ample icing and airtight wrapping.
Delivery charges may vary depending on your city. In Karachi, delivery charges may range from 300 to 400 PKR, depending on the distance.
We arrange and deliver fish on the same day and do not store or keep them overnight, ensuring you receive the freshest seafood possible.
Due to the highly perishable nature of seafood and the need for a specialised end-to-end supply chain, we do not use courier companies to deliver seafood all over Pakistan. Currently, we offer home delivery service in Karachi, with delivery to the nearest bus terminals and railway stations in major cities available based on advance online payments.
All our prices are based on the pre-cutting and pre-cleaning weight of the seafood. We strive to select fish that are as close as possible to the ordered weight, but seafood being a natural product, there may be slight variations in the actual weight on your final bill.
