The online seafood ordering system starts when a customer places an order on a website or on call along with the necessary options, details, cutting, and packing preferences. All our prices are based on the pre-cutting and pre-cleaning weights of the seafood ( we weigh whole fish, prawns, lobsters, crabs etc ) Since seafood is a product of nature the actual weight during the online ordering process can vary as compared to the ordered weight.
Once the order is successfully placed by our customer, then our technical team on the ground at Karachi Fishery Harbor will handle the sourcing and finding the best quality seafood products the order fulfilment is subjected to the availability of that particular item at the Fishery Market.
Once the desired product is selected it is then forwarded to our cutting and packing department for cutting and packing at our indoor stores, Our butcher has your cutting instruction in hand and he will do it as instructed, After cutting your order will be packed in zipper bags.
All local online seafood cash on delivery orders are packed and kept in chillers for a few hours so that they get chilled before delivery. Once your seafood is properly chilled and ready to deliver, our delivery team ensures smooth and timely seafood delivery at your desired location.
